SD-01AL Pleat Wrapping Machine
Pleat wrapping has been considerably growing in importance and popularity. It offers good protection from outside elements and enhances the final look of tablet giving it an image of professional and serious production.
Pleat wrapper is a manual wrapping device suitable for rounded and oval soap shapes. With this pleat wrapper it is possible to wrap soaps with maximum diameter of 60 mm and maximum thickness of 25 mm.
Being a manually operated machine, its performance is related to the capability of the user: it is possible to wrap an average of 10 soaps per minute.
To obtain a good wrap it is necessary to select a good paper or transparent film. The paper must neither tear nor deform and must keep its original surface after the wrapping.
The reduced dimensions of the machine allow an easy positioning on every working plane.
